User agreement

This User Agreement regulates the relationship between Petrovskogo LLC (hereinafter TR.ENERGY WALLET or Administration) on the one hand and the user of the application on the other. The TR.ENERGY WALLET application is not a mass media. By using the application, you agree to the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, do not use the TR.ENERGY WALLET application!

1. General provisions

1.1. This User Agreement is an official offer of TR.ENERGY WALLET and contains all essential terms of the agreement for the provision of services.

1.2. Acceptance of this User Agreement means the full and unconditional consent of the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") to all the terms of the User Agreement without any exceptions and/or restrictions.

1.3. Use of TR.ENERGY WALLET products automatically means the User's consent to the terms of this User Agreement.

1.4 TR.ENERGY WALLET is a non-custodial wallet.

2. Subject of the contract

2.1. TR.ENERGY WALLET undertakes to provide the User with the following services:

Conducting AML checks of crypto addresses (in Bitcoin, Etherium, TRON networks)

3. Procedure for concluding the contract

3.1. The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the User Agreement is accepted by the User. Acceptance of the User Agreement is made automatically when using the TR.ENERGY WALLET application.

4. Terms and conditions of service provision

4.1. AML checks are carried out subject to full and timely payment for services.

5. Price and settlement procedure

5.1. The price of services is determined based on the current tariffs set by TR.ENERGY WALLET at the time of conclusion of the agreement and may change depending on market conditions.

5.2. The User undertakes to make an advance payment for using TR.ENERGY WALLET services.

5.3. Payment is made in TRX to a crypto wallet linked to the User's account in the application.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

6.1. TR.ENERGY WALLET undertakes to:

Ensure high-quality and timely provision of services.

Provide the User with consultations and technical support on the use of services.

6.2. The User undertakes to:

Pay for the services provided in a timely manner and in full.

Use TR.ENERGY WALLET services in accordance with this User Agreement and the conditions specified in application.

7. Responsibility of the parties

7.1. TR.ENERGY WALLET shall not be liable for temporary failures and interruptions in the provision of services caused by technical malfunctions of equipment and software not owned by TR.ENERGY WALLET.

7.2. TR.ENERGY WALLET shall not be liable for the actions or omissions of third parties involved in the provision of services, including, but not limited to, Internet providers and blockchain node operators.

8. Force majeure

8.1. The parties shall be released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations under the agreement if such failure was a consequence of force majeure circumstances.

8.2. Force majeure circumstances include: natural disasters, wars, terrorist acts, government bans, as well as other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the parties.

9. Confidentiality and anonymity

9.1. TR.ENERGY WALLET undertakes not to disclose information about the User and to ensure anonymity when providing services. All information provided is used solely to fulfill obligations under the agreement. Exceptions are cases when disclosure of information is required by law or to ensure fulfillment of obligations under this agreement. The User has the right to use pseudonyms or other means to ensure their confidentiality.

10.1. The User has the right to:

Search for information in the application.

Receive information and services in the application.

Use the application information for personal non-commercial purposes.

10.2. TR.ENERGY WALLET has the right to:

Create, change, cancel the rules for the provision of services at its own discretion.

Restrict access to any information in the application if necessary.

Create, change, delete information in the application to ensure relevance and accuracy.

Refuse services if this is necessary to ensure the security and integrity of the services.

TR.ENERGY WALLET undertakes not to restrict users without sufficient grounds.

10.3. Conditions for blocking the User's account:

The User may be blocked for abuse of the service and/or for committing unauthorized actions:

Violation of the rules for using the service.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

Using the service for illegal or malicious activities.

Any other actions that may cause damage to the service or other users. If such actions are detected, the service administration reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block the user's access without prior notice.

11.1. TR.ENERGY WALLET undertakes to:

Maintain the operability of the application, except in cases where this is impossible for reasons beyond the control of TR.ENERGY WALLET.

Ensure comprehensive protection of the User's account.

11.2. The User undertakes to:

Ensure the safety of personal data from access by third parties.

Not disrupt the operability of the application.

Not transfer your account to third parties.

Not register an account on behalf of or instead of another person, except in cases provided by law.

Not post prohibited materials in the application.

Not use scripts for automated collection of information and/or interaction with the application and its services.

12.1. This User Agreement comes into force with any use of TR.ENERGY WALLET products and services. The User Agreement ceases to be valid when a new version appears. TR.ENERGY WALLET reserves the right to unilaterally change this User Agreement at its own discretion. The current version of this agreement is always published on the TR.ENERGY website
