This User Agreement regulates the relationship between Petrovskogo LLC (hereinafter TR.ENERGY WALLET or Administration) on the one hand and the user of the application on the other. The TR.ENERGY WALLET application is not a mass media. By using the application, you agree to the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, do not use the TR.ENERGY WALLET application!
1.1. This User Agreement is an official offer of TR.ENERGY WALLET and contains all essential terms of the agreement for the provision of services.
1.2. Acceptance of this User Agreement means the full and unconditional consent of the user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") to all the terms of the User Agreement without any exceptions and/or restrictions.
1.3. Use of TR.ENERGY WALLET products automatically means the User's consent to the terms of this User Agreement.
1.4 TR.ENERGY WALLET is a non-custodial wallet.
2.1. TR.ENERGY WALLET undertakes to provide the User with the following services:
3.1. The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the User Agreement is accepted by the User. Acceptance of the User Agreement is made automatically when using the TR.ENERGY WALLET application.
4.1. AML checks are carried out subject to full and timely payment for services.
5.1. The price of services is determined based on the current tariffs set by TR.ENERGY WALLET at the time of conclusion of the agreement and may change depending on market conditions.
5.2. The User undertakes to make an advance payment for using TR.ENERGY WALLET services.
5.3. Payment is made in TRX to a crypto wallet linked to the User's account in the application.
6.1. TR.ENERGY WALLET undertakes to:
7.1. TR.ENERGY WALLET shall not be liable for temporary failures and interruptions in the provision of services caused by technical malfunctions of equipment and software not owned by TR.ENERGY WALLET.
7.2. TR.ENERGY WALLET shall not be liable for the actions or omissions of third parties involved in the provision of services, including, but not limited to, Internet providers and blockchain node operators.
8.1. The parties shall be released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations under the agreement if such failure was a consequence of force majeure circumstances.
8.2. Force majeure circumstances include: natural disasters, wars, terrorist acts, government bans, as well as other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the parties.
9.1. TR.ENERGY WALLET undertakes not to disclose information about the User and to ensure anonymity when providing services. All information provided is used solely to fulfill obligations under the agreement. Exceptions are cases when disclosure of information is required by law or to ensure fulfillment of obligations under this agreement. The User has the right to use pseudonyms or other means to ensure their confidentiality.
